Making the choice to stop drinking has changed my life tenfold. It was always easy to be that guy hiding behind the bottle. I was used to that person and when things didn’t go the way in wanted I always knew I had that drink waiting for me, just to cope. Now, living a life without that bottle of comfort has made me adapt and change my outlook on life. So far it has not been the easiest choice I have made but far the best.
