Making the choice to stop drinking has changed my life tenfold. It was always easy to be that guy hiding behind the bottle. I was used to that person and when things didn’t go the way in wanted I always knew I had that drink waiting for me, just to cope. Now, living a life without that bottle of comfort has made me adapt and change my outlook on life. So far it has not been the easiest choice I have made but far the best.

Addiction support
I would enjoy working with other who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. It would just be the most rewarding thing for me to do for free.
Snowy Tunnel Bridge
Pray, fix coffee, shower, dress, coffee, journal, read daily reflections, bible, and just for today. Once all the good vibes are soaked in I am then ready to face the day. There is nothing that can take me off my game from that point forward.
Perspective
I believe a person’s perspective on life and what it brings with it makes each of us unique. No two people look at things exactly the same as the other.

Steve Harvey cracks me up.

Doctor
When I was 5, I wanted to be a doctor.
Alcoholism/addiction
Unless you are an addict or alcoholic, most people do not understand how it plays out on our lives. I must say that I am no professional expert but I have first hand experience. I have had people just say “why don’t you just stop drinking?”. Well if it were that easy, trust me I would have a long time ago. Being around drinking my whole life was a problem because it was normalized. Everyone drank, hell you could/can get it anywhere you turn around. On TV they make it look like just a great time. For the “normal – non-alcoholic” it can be a great time, but for the alcoholic it turns into way more than just a drink or fun, we take to another level. It isn’t that we don’t want to have a few beers and hang out. As a matter of fact I bet many of us if not all have always started by saying “just one or two won’t hurt, after that I will just stop”, well our minds are not wired for that before you know it we wake up with no clue how we got where we were at. Our minds are wired to always search for more. Always remember it is okay to admit you have a problem and ask for help. It was the best thing I ever did. If anyone needs someone to talk to about it, I am always available, just shoot me an email.
